The Symposium will be held in St. Petersburg, one of the main cultural, historical and architectural centers of Russia. St. Petersburg is world known for its "White Nights" – wonderful phenomena happening in the summertime. The anniversary of the founding of St. Petersburg will take place on May 27. Therefore a large number of festivals are expected.

Attention!
Taking into account wishes of most registered participants of MRS'09 to stay at the hotel with less rate the Local Organizing Committee of MRS'09 has decided to change Symposium location.
The Symposium location will be in hotel "Morskoy Vokzal Hotel".

For those participant who have already accommodation at in "Oktyabrskaya Hotel" the shuttle bus will be provided on every day basis.

"Morskoy Vokzal Hotel" is a comfortable international-level hotel located in the historical center of Saint-Petersburg on Vasilyevsky Island on the coast of the Gulf of Finland.

Accommodation

At the moment a number of rooms at reduced rates has been arranged both in "Morskoy Vokzal Hotel" and in "Oktiabrskaya Hotel".

"Oktiabrskaya Hotel" is situated in the very center of St. Petersburg opposite a crossroads of Nevsky and Ligovsky prospects. This location gives guests wonderful opportunity to reach by feet famous museums, theatres and various sights that can give a full impression of the city.

The deadline for reservation at reduced rates is March 20th.
For cancellations OF THE RESERVATION after 20th May 2009, the amount for 1 night may be charged.

Payment must be done through the bank transfer only.
